FOREST RESOURCES (PULP)

Two-Year Graduate Programme

Each year we invite mechanical, electrical and process engineering graduates to join the team at our pulp mills, to gain real world experience and learn from industry experts.

Our two-year programme develops the technical, teamwork and management skills needed for graduate engineers to move into leadership roles early in their career.

If you're a problem solver, motivated by the opportunity of working in a large scale manufacturing environment, where every day is challenging, different and exciting - we want to hear from you!

We offer opportunities for graduates specialising in mechanical, electrical and process/chemical engineering.

Summer Internship Programme

Our Summer Internship Programme is often a stepping stone towards participating in our two-year Graduate Programme. It helps to bridge the gap between university and working life by allowing engineering students to build on the theory learned at university and apply their knowledge to real-world projects within our mills.

From July/August each year, we seek applications of interest from 3rd and 4th year Engineering Students, looking for paid work experience from November to February.

Register on our Careers Site and you'll be notified when Summer Internship roles are advertised.

PACKAGING NEW ZEALAND

Start your career at one of our packaging sites in Auckland, Hamilton, Levin or Christchurch.

We have opportunities in engineering for apprentices to 'earn as they learn' on the job with us. We have a number of apprenticeships in our business, with many of our trainees working towards a trade qualification each year.

Join us and you too could be one of the Packaging New Zealand apprentices who've been nominated and received packaging and print industry accolades over the years.
