OUR PEOPLE
At OjiFS, we employ more than 1850 people, where 36% have been with the company for more than a decade.
Around 47% of our workforce is employed in our major pulp and paper mills with the balance located in packaging (27% NZ / 18% AU), corporate and logistics (8%) and overseas sales support offices (0.3%). We operate four Business Units (BU) that collectively make up OjiFS.
