Highlights from the Appita Fibre Revolution Conference in Melbourne

Representing OjiFS at this event were Stephen Keyte, an Appita Executive and NZ Section Committee member, Shally Nacis, Plant Engineer at Kinleith Mill, and Shiree Murdoch, General Manager – People, Culture & Safety.
Shally Nacis, representing New Zealand, participated in the Young Speaker Competition final and achieved an impressive runner-up position, showcasing her expertise amidst strong competition. Her presentation's topic was the Kinleith No2 Fibreline Screenfloor Improvement Project. Shally's achievement was a proud moment for the OjiFS team.
Shiree Murdoch contributed to the event by participating in a panel discussion focused on adapting to the dynamic workforce. The panel provided valuable insights and fostered engaging dialogue with industry peers and external experts. This discussion highlighted the common challenges faced across the industry and the importance of adapting to change.
