New FSSC 22000 Certifications at OjiFS

Our 5-star green-rated box plant in Yatala Australia, as well as Paper Bag, our world class clean room dairy and food ingredients sack production facility in New Zealand, have both recently gained FSSC 22000 (Food Safety Systems Certification).
FSSC 22000 offers a complete certification Scheme for the auditing and certification of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) and is based on three required components:
ISO 22000
ISO 22000 provides a common framework across the entire supply chain to manage requirements, communicate (internally and externally), and continually improve the system.
PRPs
Pre Requisite Programs (PRPs), which is a sector specific requirement for food packaging manufacturing, are based on ISO/TS 22002-4:2013, which specifies requirements for establishing, implementing and maintaining PRPs to assist in controlling food safety hazards in the manufacture of food packaging.
FSSC 22000 Requirements
FSSC 22000 adds specific technical requirements to ensure consistency, integrity and to provide governance and management of the Scheme.
The FSSC 22000 Scheme is recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI); a certification required more and more by food companies and retailers.
OjiFS Packaging Yatala and Paper Bag are proud to meet the highest food safety standards globally, and improve supply chain value for our packaging partners.
