• Ensuring the company acts in accordance with the law and the constitution.
• Understanding success for the business.
• Supporting the CEOs to succeed.
• Giving clear rules for the company (policies, values, ethics, delegations).
• Defining an appropriate reporting and verifying framework.
• Continuously scanning the environment for emerging risks and opportunities.
• Ensuring the board and directors operate as a team and continuously improve their governance.
