- Ensuring the company acts in accordance with the law and the constitution.
- Understanding success for the business.
- Supporting the CEOs to succeed.
- Giving clear rules for the company (policies, values, ethics, delegations).
- Defining an appropriate reporting and verifying framework.
- Continuously scanning the environment for emerging risks and opportunities.
- Ensuring the board and directors operate as a team and continuously improve their governance.
