SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT
At Oji Fibre Solutions we recognise our good reputation depends on relationships with suppliers and managing impacts in the supply chain.
All our suppliers are expected to uphold our values and standards of operation, and share in our drive for sustainable outcomes.
We have long held the expectation our suppliers be ethical, and environmentally and socially responsible. The Oji Fibre Solutions' Supplier Code of Conduct formally sets out minimum expectations for our direct and indirect suppliers to meet in doing business with us.
Our suppliers are expected to:
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Undertake ethical business practices
- Avoid procurement of wood from unacceptable sources
- Protect human rights & labour standards
- Prioritise workplace health & safety providing secure, safe & healthy work sites
- Manage their business in an environmentally responsible manner
- Commit to open communication & positive relationships with the local communities in which they operate

RESPONDING TO THE RISKS OF MODERN SLAVERY
We're committed to engaging with suppliers to promote respect for human rights and strengthen joint approaches to addressing the risks of modern forms of slavery.
In response to growing understanding of modern slavery, we've enhanced our processes for on-boarding suppliers to ensure adoption of quality and sustainability standards expected across our supply chain.
Oji Fibre Solutions has added to our responsible sourcing systems and processes to enhance our compliance with the Australian Commonwealth Modern Slavery Act 2018 and the production of an annual Modern Slavery Statement.
